There is saying 'when you're in Rome, do what Romans do'. It is truly great joy to enjoy local food when you're travelling. I'll show you some local foods you must try when you visit Busan, Korea. Since I am a Korean, I can not fully understand the taste of foreigners in detail, so I'll try to give you the taste roughly but specific. Before I begin, I can not help mentioning the traffic in Busan. Busan is consitst of Chinese characters in Korean. So, Bu is '釜' which means traditional cauldron in Korea. San is '山' which means mountain in Korea. And these characters make the meaning of Busan as mountain that looks like cauldron.
